- Inspect your car for structural and mechanical integrity
- Repair vehicle as necessary (additional charges may apply)
- Remove engine and fuel tank
- Install new braking and suspension components
- Fabricate and install stainless steel battery containment system
- Install motor, controller, batteries, wiring, and instrumentation
- Battery instrumentation and rear solar panel included
- Road test vehicle
- Provide 2 year warranty on all electrical and mechanical parts we install
- In-shop time about one week

72V Turnkey (fully restored vehicle supplied by ECOS) – starting at $26,500
- Donor vehicle is chosen that is free of structural rust and accident damage
- Vehicle is stripped, and then the body is removed from the chassis
- Everything metal is sandblasted and then a rustproof coating is applied
- All mechanical parts are replaced with new or refurbished parts
- Heavy-duty suspension and brake components
- All areas prone to rust are replaced with our exclusive reinforced fiberglass panels, including floors, rear battery tray, and fenders
- Vehicle is painted and polished to new car standards in your choice of color
- All new wiring and lighting
- Batteries, motor, controller and other electric components installed
- 12v charger, solar panel, and defrost heater included
- 4-speaker AM/FM/MP3/CD/Ipod stereo included
- New interior upholstery and exterior trim
